Kitchenware Returns

At Wyoming Kitchen Warehouse LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an eligible kitchenware item is not right for you, please contact our support team before arranging a return.

Return Timeframe

Return requests should be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

Return Conditions

To be considered for a return, products should:

Be unused and in their original condition.
Include original packaging and applicable accessories.
Be free from stains, scratches, cracks, or other damage.
Not have been altered or modified after delivery.

Products That May Not Qualify

Returns may not be accepted for:

Personalized or specially prepared items.
Final-sale products.
Kitchenware that has been used.
Items damaged through improper use, cleaning, or storage.

Refunds

After the returned product arrives, it will be reviewed. If the return is approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
